Service Description

Private Celebrations Packages detail Venue Event — From R300 pp (min R3,000) • Duration: 5 hours • Inclusions: Venue access, bar service, pool/gardens, basic tables/chairs. • Exclusions: No treatments, no catering (can be added). Half-Day Celebration — Weekend R2,400 pp / Weekday R2,000 pp • Duration: 3.5 hours • Inclusions: Welcome drink, 60min full body massage, light meal, towel/robe/slippers, pool/gardens/sauna, bar service. Full-Day Celebration — Weekend R4,000 pp / Weekday R3,200 pp • Duration: 6-7 hours • Inclusions: Welcome drink, 60min full body massage, 60min express facial, buffet meal, sauna access, towel/robe/slippers, pool/gardens, bar service. Self-Catering Wellness — Weekend R1,200 pp / Weekday R1,000 pp • Duration: 3 hours • Inclusions: 60min full body massage, venue access, permission to bring pre-prepared food, self-catering access fee. • Exclusions: No cooking/heating on site, no kitchen use, no plates/cutlery provided. Bar & Drinks Policy: All drinks through Lulu’s only. Options: Cash bar, prepaid tab, welcome drink (R80 pp), soft-drink package (R120 pp), wellness drinks (R180 pp), custom package. Booking Terms: - Min 10, max 30 guests. - 50% deposit to secure. - Balance due 7 days before event. - Final numbers confirmed 7 days prior. Cancellation Policy: 50% deposit non-refundable. 7+ days before = balance refundable/transferable. Within 7 days = 25% late fee. Within 72 hours = no refund on food/setup costs.
